Senior Software Engineers

SLI Systems is looking for experienced software engineers to join its growing development team based in our Christchurch offices. This is an opportunity to develop innovative new technology that will be used by some of the world’s largest e-commerce websites. Supporting several hundred e-commerce sites around the world, and serving many millions of page views per day, SLI offers a terrific environment to work with other committed and talented people on challenges that are truly international in scale.

The ideal candidates will be able to implement business requirements in a quick and consistent manner, including contributing to the architecture and technology decisions.

The requirements for a candidate would be:

• 4+ years of commercial software engineering experience
• Experience with UNIX and open source systems
• Expert in some of Perl / PHP / SQL / Java / C / C++ / HTML / JavaScript
• Excellent English communication skills
• Friendly and enthusiastic
