The Small Medium Business (SMB Inside Sales) Representative will be responsible for all sales activities from lead generation through close in an assigned territory. The SMB Representative will work within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction and revenue generation.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the sales of SLI Systems products to the SMB Market
Responding to inbound leads in a timely manner
Develop new business opportunities
Responsible for SMB accounts installed in the territory
Responsible for lead qualification for Regional Sales Directors
Demonstrate product knowledge that allows SMB Rep to give effective sales presentations
Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models
Effectively communicate the business value of SLIs solutions using the sales presentation
Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers
Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory, within Salesforce.com
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they
Energetic, enthusiastic and professional attitude
Proven self-starter
Ability to succeed in a fast pace environment
Required Skills:
2-5 years of experience selling and closing deals over the phone
Experience creating a territory from the ground up
Proven ability to achieve sales quotas
Strong phone presence and skills
Additional Skills:
Relevant Bachelor’s degree
Authorization to work in the US as we will not sponsor a work visa
Must be able to work in our San Jose office
Preferred
Experience selling SaaS solutions
Experience with eCommerce
