Other speakers include Tracy Benson of Best Buy, John Lazarchic of PETCO and Jeff Haddox of Pier 1 Imports.

The four conference tracks include: “Cutting Edge,” “Operations and Technology,” “Customer Experience” and “Tactics.” Additionally, the summit features “The Doctor is In” -- a series of one-on-one tutorials for a company’s web team on usability and merchandising.
